Electric Vehicle Association of Thailand (EVAT)
EVAT Introduction:
Evat is a non profit association, aiming to promote and support knowledge in electric vehicle technology and innovation. The association also provides consultation on regulations, standards and operation, regarding the development of electric vehicle technology in Thailand. There are currently over 340 members who come from the private sector, state enterprises and academic fields.
EVAT’s activities:

EVAT and Informa Markets coorganize iEVTech, an international platform for researchers, developers, policy maker and EV potential users to gather knowledge from leading experts around the world and share ideas and from one another. As an annual event, iEVTech 2022 will be held at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center during 14-16 Sep, 2022.

EVAT organized the “Electric Motorcycle Conversion Contest for business opportunity” during 1-3 April 2022. The activity has been organized as an electric motorcycle conversion competition platform for participants in both public sector and educational institutions. There were more than 90 teams in this event at Kasetsart University, Sriracha Campus, Chonburi Province.

EVAT also organizes monthly meetings to exchange knowledge and to distribute tasks to the working groups in order to work towards sustainable targets with all stakeholders and to support the electric vehicle industry.
